By creating an account or using Impossible Goals Coach (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by ProfoundShift (“we,” “us,” “our”).
Impossible Goals Coach provides AI-assisted coaching to help you pursue ambitious personal and professional goals. It is a productivity and reflection tool — not a licensed therapy, counseling, or medical service. Nothing in the Service constitutes professional advice of any kind.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using it you represent that these conditions are met.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
You own the goals, messages, and other content you create in the Service (“Your Content”). By using the Service you grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service uses large language models to generate coaching responses. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on content generated by the Service. Always apply your own judgment.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.
The Service, including its design, code, and AI prompting system, is owned by ProfoundShift and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProfoundShift will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance.
