Impossible Goals Coach is operated by ProfoundShift. When this policy refers to “we,” “us,” or “our,” it means ProfoundShift and the Impossible Goals Coach service accessible at this domain.
Account data. When you create an account we store your email address and a hashed password (or your OAuth provider identifier if you use Google sign-in).
Coaching content. The goals, transformation maps, experiments, and conversation messages you create inside the app are stored so they persist across sessions.
Usage data. We collect standard server logs (timestamps, pages visited, errors) and aggregate analytics via Vercel Analytics. These do not include personally identifiable information beyond your IP address, which is not stored long-term.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties or use your coaching content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
Conversation review. Authorized ProfoundShift team members may access conversation content for quality assurance purposes — for example, to identify where the coaching experience can be improved or to investigate a reported issue. This access is limited to personnel who need it, is not shared externally, and is governed by confidentiality obligations.
Your coaching conversations are processed by a large language model (Claude, made by Anthropic) to generate responses. Inputs sent to the model are subject to Anthropic’s Privacy Policy. We use Anthropic’s API under a data processing agreement that prohibits them from using your data to train their models.
Your data is stored in a Supabase-managed PostgreSQL database with encryption at rest and in transit. We apply row-level security so that only authenticated users can access their own data. No system is completely secure; use a strong, unique password.
We retain your account and coaching data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the app at least 14 days before they take effect.
